Welcome to BeneFit. By using our website, mobile services, or subscribing to our meal plans, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Overview

BeneFit provides subscription-based healthy meal delivery services in Qatar. Meal plans are selected in advance and delivered according to the chosen schedule.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

All subscriptions must be paid in advance. Payments are non-refundable except in cases of service failure attributable to BeneFit. Any subscription changes (pauses, plan modifications) must be requested at least 48 hours before the next delivery.

3. Deliveries

Deliveries are made at fixed time slots. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring someone is available to receive the order. BeneFit is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, or force measure).

4. Dietary Information & Allergies

We provide full nutritional details for every meal. Customers must inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions prior to subscription. While we take precautions, all meals are prepared in shared facilities and may contain traces of allergens.

5. Modifications & Termination

We may update our menu, prices, and terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance. We reserve the right to terminate subscriptions for misuse of our services.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Qatari courts.
